Terms

Website Terms of Service

These terms apply to the public AuditExpert-AI website and its inquiry process. Paid services always require a separate proposal or agreement.

Updated:

1. Scope

These terms apply to browsing this public website, using its content and making inquiries. Terms for a client project are defined in a proposal or agreement, which prevails if there is a conflict.

2. Informational nature of the website

Website content provides general information about AuditExpert-AI service areas. It is not individualized technical, business or legal advice and does not by itself constitute a binding offer.

3. Service descriptions and proposals

Service descriptions are general and may change. Project objectives, scope, deliverables, timing, responsibilities and price are confirmed in writing in a proposal or agreement before paid work begins.

4. Inquiries and contract formation

The Phase 1 form validates entries only in the browser and does not submit or store them. Using the form or sending email does not create an order, contract or payment obligation. A contract is formed only through a separately agreed acceptance of a proposal or agreement.

5. Pricing and VAT

Any prices, starting prices or pricing models shown on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. The final price and applicable VAT are stated in a proposal or agreement. The website currently has no online checkout or subscriptions.

6. Customer responsibilities

For a potential project, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of information and materials it provides, the necessary rights to use them, and agreed decisions and access. Detailed responsibilities are defined per project.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, design, identifiers and other content belong to AuditExpert-AI or their respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Content may be viewed as part of ordinary website use. Project-specific ownership and usage rights are agreed separately.

8. Third-party services

The website or future projects may refer to third-party services. Their provider is responsible for their availability, terms, privacy and operation. Potential integrations are confirmed only after technical and contractual assessment.

9. AI-assisted content limitations

AI-assisted working methods may be used when separately agreed. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and requires suitable human review. The website currently provides no active AI processing or self-service agent activation to visitors.

10. No guaranteed SEO, AEO or business results

SEO, AEO, search-ranking, AI-visibility, traffic, lead or business results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors such as competition, changes to search services, the starting point, content, technical implementation and customer actions.

11. Availability and changes

The website may be maintained, changed or temporarily restricted without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We aim to keep information clear and current but do not guarantee that all content is always complete or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, AuditExpert-AI is not liable for decisions based solely on general website content or for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability where the law does not permit limitation. Liabilities for paid services are defined reasonably in a separate agreement.

13. Privacy and cookies

Current handling of personal data and technologies is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies. Review them before sending personal information by email.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law, taking account of mandatory EU and consumer-protection rules where applicable. The parties should first seek to resolve disagreements through discussion. Competent jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the website, services or law changes. A new version applies when published on this page unless stated otherwise.
