Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the current public AuditExpert-AI marketing site approaches personal data. The Phase 1 contact form is currently a user-interface experience only: it does not submit or store entered information through a backend.

Updated:

1. Who is responsible for the website

AuditExpert-AI is responsible for this website and the personal-data processing described in this policy. More detailed legal-entity or registration information has not yet been published. For privacy questions, contact auditexpertai@gmail.com.

2. Current contact-form experience

The contact interface allows a visitor to enter a name, company name, email address, optional phone number and website URL, plus information about service needs, timing and budget range.

The current form validates information in the visitor's browser. It has no backend submission or database storage, so information entered in it is not sent to AuditExpert-AI. Do not enter identity numbers, health information, payment data, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Direct email contact

You can contact auditexpertai@gmail.com. When you send email, the message and associated contact details pass through the email services used by you and the recipient. Email providers may process message-related information under their own terms and privacy practices.

4. Technical logs and infrastructure

The application code does not contain active analytics or marketing tracking. Hosting, network or security providers may nevertheless create technical logs such as an IP address, timestamp, requested address, browser-related technical details and error data. This may be necessary to deliver and secure the service or investigate technical issues.

The repository alone does not confirm the exact log content, retention or processing region of infrastructure providers. Active providers and their roles will be documented more precisely before production processing is expanded.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Potential purposes include technically delivering and protecting the site, responding to an inquiry and assessing a requested service or collaboration opportunity. Depending on the situation, the legal basis may be legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, consent or compliance with a legal obligation. The applicable basis is assessed against the specific purpose.

6. Data minimisation

Please provide only information needed to assess an inquiry. Data collected by future features will be limited to their stated purpose and will not be collected merely in case it might become useful.

7. Providers and international transfers

Email, hosting, network and security providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on their service. Potential future database, message-delivery, payment, analytics or AI services are not active personal-data processing features of this Phase 1 website.

Before a new provider is activated, its privacy role, location and safeguards for transfers outside the EU or EEA will be assessed. Transfer information will be updated when providers are confirmed.

8. Retention principles

Information is retained only while required by its purpose, security needs, inquiry handling or a legal obligation. No single retention period has been approved for all data categories. Retention schedules will be defined and documented before backend storage is introduced.

9. Your data protection rights

Where EU data protection rules apply, you may have the right to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing and, in some circumstances, receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing.

  • Send a request to auditexpertai@gmail.com.
  • Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
  • You may raise a concern with the competent data protection authority.

10. Security principles

Processing is intended to follow data-minimisation, restricted-access, secure-transmission and provider-assessment principles. No online or email channel is entirely risk-free, so unnecessary sensitive information should not be sent.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated when website features, providers or legal obligations change. Material revisions are identified by the updated date.

Ask about this policy or the processing of personal data by email.
